Welcome to all. My name is Eleanor (Ellie) Hope. The last name is kind of ironic. I have a story to tell anyone who wants to hear it. I am a zombie. Some other terms used to describe what I am are: Differently Biotic (DB), Undead, Living Dead, and my favorite Living Impaired. I live in a small town where many people are disgusted by my presence. Before me, there were no DB people in our community. My family accepted me back to the family, but only conditionally. I don't eat with them, I can't have friends over, and a lot more. I don't mind the conditions I have, they are easy to get around. I have friends at my school, but they are few and far apart. Most people won't stand or sit next to me, they won't talk to me, they basically try to isolate me. My friends stay with me and help me, or at least try to. Haha. I am in the 7th grade at my local school. I get help with my speech, because it is very slow. I am in most of the advanced classes. My death isn't something I like to discuss because I don't know everything that happened. I can tell you that when I died, I was a supporter of DB rights. I wrote essays, I made speeches, so I think it was fate that I ended up a zombie myself. I guess I still had work to do on the rights for others like myself. I died a few months ago, and have been progressing rapidly, more rapidly than some of the others I have met.
I wish that I could meet Tommy Williams, he is my inspiration for this blog, and in working for the rights of Differently Biotic Persons. The name of his blog is My So-Called Undeath. I hope you all can check it out because it'll help you understand some topics I will talk about.
Talk to you all soon! ~Ellie~
